Are you a passionate and talented chef looking for a rewarding, hands-on role in a luxury boutique hotel, bar and restaurant? The Forest Hotel is seeking a dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our professional kitchen team.
As a key part of our food team, you’ll be responsible for producing exceptional breakfast dishes each morning in our stylish restaurant, ensuring consistency, quality and presentation that reflects our high standards.
As a Breakfast Chef, your duties will include:
Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard in a busy, high-volume environment
Operating independently with confidence across a range of breakfast styles and service demands
Ensuring food is cooked, plated and presented beautifully and consistently
Supporting the kitchen team to deliver a smooth, timely breakfast service
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in line with health standards
Working with produce and ingredients suited to a premium hotel and guest experience
Assisting with stock rotation, food preparation and basic inventory checks
Upholding portion control, wastage awareness, and kitchen efficiency
