The Forest Hotel is growing its bar team and we are currently recruiting experienced bartenders to join us across a range of flexible roles.

From busy restaurant nights, private functions and corporate gatherings to birthday parties, wedding receptions, and celebrations of life, our venue hosts a wide variety of meaningful and memorable events. The bar is central to every occasion, and we’re seeking professionals who can deliver outstanding service in both upbeat and more sensitive settings.
Preparing and serving beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails to a high standard
Delivering warm, attentive service tailored to each event
Working efficiently during busy functions and peak periods
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area
Supporting stock control and smooth service operations
Handling payments accurately
Proven bar experience
Confident drinks knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Professional, adaptable approach to different types of events
Ability to stay composed under pressure
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Full-Time – 30–40 hours per week
Part-Time – Flexible weekday and evening shifts
Weekend Staff – Friday to Sunday availability
