Dan grew up in a farm environment where the love and respect for food and animals became one of the most important pillars to his decision in becoming a chef. The education that followed always related to this, and once he had finished his studies, he started his first job in the kitchen.
We pride ourselves on sourcing the best seasonal ingredients, using the best of British where we can.
We use local producers as best as we can. Our Eggs are from Chadwick Farm, our milk is from Earlswood, Beef, Pork and Lamb from Dunwood Farm, Staffordshire. We even get our honey from Maggy, who lives just 5 miles away.
We change our a la carte menu each month, which gives us the chance to stay seasonal and keep the menu fresh for our customers.
