Luke Haddow, our talented head chef, backed by Dave White, as sous chef, lead the hard workingchef team here.

With emphasis on seasonal ingredients and influenced by the desire to cook food with a modern twist the menu reflects Luke’s previous experiences working with inspiring chefs such as Matt Gillan at The Pass, Carl Martin at Orleton Grange and Adam Bateman.

In Luke’s own words ‘the style of food I serve is driven by the ingredients I can source, being creative and using different combinations to create my dishes I aim to balance flavour with texture to create fun and interesting dishes. Eating out should be a social, enjoyable event without the constraints of formality.’
